200 milliliters milk (low-fat)
2 teaspoons clarified butter
4 tablespoons maple syrup (for serving)

Directions
- Mix the oatmeal, flour and salt. Whisk the eggs and milk, and allow the mixture to rest and swell for 30 minutes.
- In a nonstick skillet, heat the butter, and pour in your desired size pancake. Cook on both sides. The finished pancakes should be kept in the oven at 80°C (approximately 180°F) to keep them warm.
- For serving: Stack the warm pancakes on a plate and cover with maple syrup. Enjoy.
