Our Mexican Bruschetta

Toasted garlic bread with tomatoes, onions, avocado, cilantro and lots of other flavors! Great for an appetizer at a party!

Cherry tomatoes
White Onions
Fresh garlic cloves
Shredded Mexican blend cheese
Sour cream
Cilantro
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Lime juice
Twin loaves of Italian or French Bread

Directions

Slice bread into round slices at preferred thickness. Place on cookie sheet and put in oven at 275 degrees for about 5 minutes or until bread is crunchy.

Chop white onions small pieces. Slice cherry tomatoes in rounded shape. Mix together in bowl with cilantro, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Then mix in shredded cheese.

For the bread take garlic and rub across slices of bread to give flavor. Slice avocado into cubes or long slices put on bread then put tomato onion mixture on top and small scoop of sour cream on top. Drizzle lime juice all over for a kick of flavor!
