Directions
Peel of the kiwi fruit and chop it roughly and puree it.
Heat a non stick pan and add water and sugar
Stir occasionally and prepare 2 string sugar syrup.
Now add in the kiwi puree and stir frequently and cook till the water content evaporates.
Once the water is all evaporated you will find mixture thickening. Now add lemon syrup n stir well.
Put a drop on a plate n check the consistency. If the mixture is floating ten ur jam us not ready. If it sticks in its place then your jam is ready. Switch off the flame n let the jam cool.
Preserve the jam in a glass container. If you preserve it in a glass container you can keep it for 6 - 8 months.
