Directions
In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, heat cranberries, sugar, jalapenos or chiles and vinegar to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until thick, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cilantro or parsley.
Cool. Cover.
