| 1 | pound | chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless | |
| 1 | cup | bread crumbs | |
| 1 | tablespoon | sesame seeds | |
| 3 | large | baking potatoes | |
| 2 | teaspoons | olive oil | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| Marinade | |||
| 1 | large | egg white | |
| 1/4 | cup | soy sauce | |
| 2 | teaspoons | garlic | chopped |
| 2 | teaspoons | ginger | chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | sugar | |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Marinate chicken for one hour.
Mix bread crumbs and sesame seeds.
Remove chicken from marinade; let excess marinade drip off.
Dip chicken in bread crumb mixture.
Spray baking pan with oil and wipe off excess.
Place chicken nuggets on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until nuggets are golden brown.
Peel potatoes, cut in 1.5 inch strips to look like a fat french fry.
Toss with olive oil, garlic and salt.
Spray baking sheet with oil; wipe off excess.
Place potatoes in a single layer and bake at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes or until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
I made just the chicken nuggets, but they were very very good! The marinade made a big difference. I also made honey mustard dipping sauce to go along with them. You can easily double (or triple!) the recipe for a party. Thanks for the recipe!
