| 1 | cup | rice | uncooked |
| 1 | each | beef bouillon cube | low sodium |
| 1 1/2 | cups | water | |
| 1 | can | soup, cream of mushroom | |
| 1/2 | can | water | |
| 1/2 | package | onion soup mix |
Brown pork chops in skillet on stove.
Put aside. Place rice in greased 9x13 dish.
Pour bouillon and water over rice. Place chops on rice. Pour soup and 1/2 can of water over chops.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over chops and rice.
Cover with foil and cook at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
