Herbed Hummus with Pistachios

Ingredients

2cups hummus bi tahini
1/2cup watercress finely chopped
1/2cup cilantro finely chopped
1/2cup pistachio nuts
garnish
1x olive oil
1x pistachio nuts
1x pita wedges

Directions

Place hummus in a bowl and fold in watercress and cilantro.

Taste to correct seasonings.

Cover and chill in the refrigrator. Before serving, add chopped pistachios, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with additional nuts.

Serve with pita wedges.
