| 2 | cups | hummus | bi tahini |
| 1/2 | cup | watercress | finely chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | cilantro | finely chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | pistachio nuts | |
| garnish | |||
| 1 | x | olive oil | |
| 1 | x | pistachio nuts | |
| 1 | x | pita | wedges |
Place hummus in a bowl and fold in watercress and cilantro.
Taste to correct seasonings.
Cover and chill in the refrigrator. Before serving, add chopped pistachios, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with additional nuts.
Serve with pita wedges.
