| 1 | pound | dungeness crab | live |
| 1/2 | cup | ginger | chopped, fresh |
| 1/2 | cup | vinegar | mild |
| 1/3 | cup | soy sauce, light | |
| 1/3 | cup | sugar | or to taste |
Put the live crab in a steamer over rapidly boiling water; cover and steam for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients thoroughly until the sugar dissolves.
Divide sauce among 2 to 4 dip bowls, depending on the number of diners.
Serve with the steamed crab.
NOTE: Chopped fresh coriander may be added, if desired.

This Stuffing is great! You also can add other things to it to make it taste real good like celery,red onions chop fine, and also add some Mild sausage would be great with this and add little salt and pepper and bake for 1/2 to 45 min. at 325 I dont use milk to this. I add beef stock instead
