Fresh Fruit Salad with Celery-Honey Dressing

Ingredients

2cups pineapple chunks fresh
2cups cantaloupe fresh, balls
1cup grapes green seedless
2cups strawberries fresh
1cup blackberries fresh
Celery honey dressing
1/2cup sugar
1teaspoon prepared mustard dry
1teaspoon paprika
1/4teaspoon salt
1/3cup honey
1tablespoon lemon juice
1/4cup vinegar
1cup vegetable oil vegetable
1teaspoon onion grated
1teaspoon celery seeds

Directions

Combine fruit in a large bowl, tossing gently but well.

Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.

Serve with Celery-Honey Dressing.

Celery-Honey Dressing:

Combine first 7 ingredients in container of electric blender; blend well.

Slowly add oil, continiung to blend until thick; stir in onion and celery seeds.

Cover and store in refrigerator.

Yield: about 1-3/4 cups.

Easy Hummus

Yes, this is an easy one to make, which I do almost every week so I have a batch in the fridge. I usually jazz it up a little though with a sprinkle of cumin, tumeric, paprika.. just a little dash of all or one give it abit more flavour.
