| 3 | pounds | venison | cut into stewing meat |
| 1 | cup | onion | diced |
| 4 | each | garlic | cloves, chopped |
| 1 | cup | red wine vinegar | |
| 1/2 | cup | worcestershire sauce | |
| 2 | teaspoons | meat tenderizer | Lawrey's Natural Choice preferred |
| 2 | teaspoons | seasoned salt | |
| 1 | pound | bacon | |
| 2 | cups | ketchup | |
| 1/2 | cup | molasses | |
| 1/2 | cup | brown sugar |
Place venison, onion, garlic, vinegar, worcestershire sauce and seasoning in crock pot. Cook on high for 1 to 2 hours until meat is cooked. Cook bacon and crumble or chop. Add bacon, ketchup, molasses and brown sugar. Turn crockpot on low and heat for the rest of the day. Serve over rice potatoes or toast.
NOTE: Venison can be substituted with any red meat, just cut in 1 inch cubes.
At least 18 friends have tasted this recipe and all rave about how great great it tasts and of course they ask for my secret recipie (da! it's my secret recipie folks!). I have also made it with bear meat yes bear meat, beef and chicken. Melts in your mouth. Try it! If you like sweet barbecue flaver you'll love this one.
