Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds beef chuck steak
1/3 cup flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 large onion sliced
1 large green bell pepper sliced
1 pound tomatoes, canned
1 can mushrooms drained
2 tablespoons molasses
3 tablespoons soy sauce
10 ounces green beans, canned

Directions

Put steak strips , flour, salt and pepper in crock pot, strirring well to coat meat.

Add remaining ingredients and cook on LOW for 8 hours, or 5 hours on LOW and 2 hours on HIGH.

Low-Fat Scalloped Potatoes

If you are a scalloped potato fan this one is worth a try. I used only half of the recommended cayenne to give it a hint of heat and was a little more generous with the cheese. Try Provolone for a smokey flavor or Swiss cheese for a tasty change.
