| 1 | package | jello | lime |
| 1 | cup | water | boiling |
| 1 | pint | cottage cheese | |
| 3 | each | carrots | grated |
| 1 | each | onion | grated |
| 3 | each | celery stalk | grated |
| 1/2 | cup | salad dressing | |
| 1/2 | cup | milk | |
| 1 | package | knox gelatin |
Dissolve jello in water.
Mix the gelatin in a little bit of cold water.
Mix rest of ingredients together then mix gelatin into jello and add to other ingredients.
Put in 13x9 inch pan and refrigerate till set.

This recipe was terrific! I just added a 1/2 to 1 cup of chopped walnuts and it was the best. Super moist and thick!
