Ingredients

1 can chicken chunk, white, drained, 10 ounces
1 can tomatoes, canned drained
3/4 cup cucumber diced, unpeeled
1 medium zucchini diced
1/4 cup onion chopped
10 each black olives extra large, pitted, cut in half
1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
1/4 cup white wine vinegar light, and herb dressing
1 x romaine lettuce chilled

Directions

Combine chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini, onion, garlic, olives and cheese in a large bowl.

Add dressing and toss well.

Serve on lettuce leaves.
