| 3 | each | chicken legs | quarters, skinned |
| 1/3 | cup | water | |
| 1 | can | soup, cream of mushroom | |
| 1 | x | salt | to taste |
| 1 | x | black pepper | to taste |
| 3 | each | potatoes | cubed |
| 2 | each | onions | cubed |
| 1 | cup | corn | frozen |
| 8 | ounces | tomato sauce | one can |
| 1 | pk | onion soup mix |
Cut up leg quarters. Mix mushroom soup with water in crockpot. Add chicken, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 hour on HIGH. Then add all other ingredients and cook on LOW for 8 hours or 4 hours on HIGH. Serve hot with crackers.
I added everything but the tomato sauce and it tasted fantastic. My husband and mother loved it. My husband even used the leftover stew on his spaghetti the next day.
