Ingredients

2 large eggs
2 teaspoons salt
3 slices bread crumbled
1/2 cup carrot shredded
1 1/2 pounds ground beef, lean
2/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 each onion chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Glaze
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey mustard prepared
1/4 cup ketchup

Directions

Mix meatloaf ingredients together and pat down into a loaf pan.

Mix glaze ingredients together and spread on meatloaf.

Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
