suggest servings
| 1/4 | cup | margarine | |
| 1 | cup | onion | chopped |
| 1 | cup | milk | |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 2 | cups | cheddar cheese | grated |
| 1 1/2 | cups | biscuit baking mix (bisquick) |
Saute onion.
Beat egg. Add milk, Bisquick, onion, 1 cup cheese.
Pour into 8 inch square pan.
Sprinkle last cup of cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Can be prepared ahead of time and reheated at serving time.

This mushroom and leek pizza may be a little bit different from the normal pizza, but they are delicous. Mushrooms are cooked with leeks, just perfect.
