Vietnamese Pork Burgers

Ingredients

1pound pork lean, ground
3each garlic cloves chopped
2each scallions, spring or green onions chopped
2teaspoons soy sauce
2teaspoons peanut oil
1pinch sugar
1pinch cayenne pepper
1x hoisin sauce
1x lettuce leaves whole
1/2cup peanuts roasted, coarsely ground
1Handful cilantro coarsely chopped

Directions

Mix meat with garlic, onions, soy sauce, peanut oil, sugar and Tabasco or cayenne.

Form into patties and grill until cooked through.

Serve each grilled patty spread with hoisin sauce, wrapped in a leaf of lettuce, sprinkled with peanuts and cilantro.
