| 2 | tablespoons | water | |
| 1/4 | cup | onion | diced |
| 1/4 | cup | green bell pepper | diced |
| 1 | pound | ground turkey | |
| 1/4 | cup | cider vinegar | |
| 2 | tablespoons | brown sugar | packed |
| 1 | teaspoon | mustard, ground | (dry) |
| 1 | teaspoon | chili powder | |
| 1 | teaspoon | paprika | |
| 1 | teaspoon | worcestershire sauce | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1 | 8-ounce can | tomato sauce | |
| 8 | each | kaiser rolls | split |
Heat water in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
Cook onion and bell pepper in water for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender.
Stir in turkey.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink.
Stir in remaining ingredients (except the rolls of course); reduce heat.
Cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.
Fill rolls with turkey mixture.
