Ingredients

8 cups salad greens torn
2 cups strawberries sliced
3 each kiwi fruit coarsley chopped
1 each avocado bite-size pieces
2 cups blueberries fresh
Poppy seed dressing
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons cider vinegar or malt
1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon sugar granulated or honey
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

In a large bowl, arrange greens, strawberries, kiwi fruit and avocado.

Poppy Seed Dressing: in small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, poppy seeds, sugar and pepper.

Pour dressing over lettuce mixture and toss.

Quick And Easy Dinner

my husband and i really enjoyed this. we dont have kids yet, so we had so much leftover! but we enjoyed all of it. the meat was so tender. quick and easy.
