| 1 1/2 | pounds | pork loin | |
| 1/2 | cup | cornstarch | |
| 1/4 | cup | teriyaki sauce | |
| 3 | cups | vegetable oil | |
| Sweet and sour sauce | |||
| 1/4 | cup | sugar | |
| 1/4 | cup | vinegar | |
| 1/4 | cup | ketchup | |
| 1/4 | cup | water | |
| 1 | tablespoon | teriyaki sauce | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | cornstarch | |
Trim excess fat from pork; cut into 1 inch cubes and set aside.
Thoroughly combine cornstarch, teriyaki sauce and sesame seed in medium bowl (mixture will be very stiff).
Stir in pork cubes; let stand 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare Sweet and Sour Sauce; (see below) keep warm.
Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat to 300 degrees F.
Add 1/3 of the pork cubes and cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Repeat with remaining pork. Serve immediately with warm Sweet and Sour Sauce.
