Ingredients

2 each chicken cutlets
2 teaspoons red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) to taste
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 x flour, all-purpose
2 teaspoons sugar

Directions

Marinate chicken cutlets in sesame oil, sugar, and tobasco sauce.

Dredge in flour.

Spray med skillet with Pam.

Place chicken cutlets in hot pan, and brown slightly on both sides.
