| 10 | ounces | spinach | frozen package, chopped, thawed, drained |
| 1/2 | cup | bacon bits | imitation or 6-7 bacon slices, cooked, crumbled |
| 1 | cup | mayonnaise | |
| 2 1/4 | teaspoons | dill weed | fresh, chopped or 3/4 ts dill, dried, crushed |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | cayenne pepper |
Squeeze as much water as possible from the spinach. Mix the bacon and spinach and add the other ingredients, blending well. Cover and chill. Makes about 2 3/4 cups of dip.
SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Apples, Fennel, Zucchini, Monterey Jack or Cheddar Cheese Sticks, Toast Triangles, Pears

The pictures look beautiful, and the flavor is also good, sauteed bacon and sweet potatoes, very easy to make, spooned the bacon mixture in the endive leaves, topped with some sour cream and chopped chives, very handy, perfect appetizer or snack especially have company coming.
