Quick Bacon-Spinach Dip

A basic but savory dip that tastes wonderful with blue tortilla chips.

Ingredients

10ounces spinach frozen package, chopped, thawed, drained
1/2cup bacon bits imitation or 6-7 bacon slices, cooked, crumbled
1cup mayonnaise
2 1/4teaspoons dill weed fresh, chopped or 3/4 ts dill, dried, crushed
1/2teaspoon garlic powder
1/8teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

Squeeze as much water as possible from the spinach. Mix the bacon and spinach and add the other ingredients, blending well. Cover and chill. Makes about 2 3/4 cups of dip.

SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Apples, Fennel, Zucchini, Monterey Jack or Cheddar Cheese Sticks, Toast Triangles, Pears

Bacon Sweet Potato Bites

The pictures look beautiful, and the flavor is also good, sauteed bacon and sweet potatoes, very easy to make, spooned the bacon mixture in the endive leaves, topped with some sour cream and chopped chives, very handy, perfect appetizer or snack especially have company coming.
