| 1/2 | each | cabbage | head |
| 1 | each | carrot | chopped finely |
| 1/4 | cup | green chili peppers | or red or yellow |
| 2 | cups | water | |
| 1 | tablespoon | mayonnaise | dressing |
Cut cabbage into small wedges.
Place half in blender along with water, carrot, and pepper.
Blend quickly; turn off and drain at once, using liquid for blending with balance of cabbage, drain once more.
Mix with mayonnaise dressing.

What comes to mind when you think of French cuisine? Lavish food? Cream and butter? Red wine? Pastry? Big price tag? There are many facets...
Maybe I did something wrong, but the pasta did not cook. It turned mushy. Otherwise the flavor was very good. I think next time I'll cook the pasta first.
