| 1 1/2 | pounds | baby carrots | |
| 3 | tablespoons | mayonnaise | tofu or regular |
| 3 | tablespoons | yogurt | natural |
| 1 | teaspoon | dijon mustard | |
| 1 1/2 | tablespoons | lovage | chopped |
Slice carrots.
Combine with peas and steam for no more than 15 minutes.
Cool slightly.
Mix together the mayonnaise and yogurt.
Add mustard.
Fold in the lovage, followed by the peas and carrots.
Allow to cool completely, then serve.
