| 2 | medium | baking potatoes | |
| 1 | tablespoon | vegetable oil | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | thyme | dried |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | oregano | dried |
Slice the potatoes about 1/4 inch thick.
Brush the slices with the vegetable oil.
Place in a baking pan.
Sprinkle with the thyme and oregano.
Bake in a 400-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender.
