Ingredients

3tablespoons wakami sea vegetable flakes*
1 1/2teaspoons sea salt
1each cucumber sliced
2each oranges peeled, sliced
5each radishes sliced
1each scallions, spring or green onions
2tablespoons sesame seeds

Directions

Soak wakame in 2 cups of hot water for 10 minutes.

Drain and add remaining ingredients.

Chill and serve.
