Ingredients

3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup date sugar
3/4 cup sorghum
1/3 cup soy milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins, seedless
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Mix oil, sweeteners, soy milk and vanilla in a large bowl.

Ensure that they are well blended and smooth.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes, or until the undersides start to turn brown.

Mushroom and Leek Pizza
