Chocolate chip cookies are a source of comfort food not only for kids but for adults as well. I mean, who doesn't love these good old choco chip cookies? They have always been a staple in our household and even the adults can't get enough of these much lo...
This is a great brownie recipe - very simple. I wanted "valentine" brownies and if you follow the instructions, you'll be able to bake and cut them easily. What I like ist that they are not overly sweet or gooey, but have a great chocolate taste and are are very moist with a crispy top. I cut out bite-sized hearts and iced them with a ganache and powder-sugard some. Served them on a platter as finger food desserts with a glass of port....perfect! I'll make again, just as brownies. Even thought a dark chocolate lover, these are not dark - nor milk chocolate. They are just really good brownies! Yummy! Thanks.
