| 1 | package | cake mix, lemon | 18 1/4 ounces |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 4 | ounce | whipped topping, prepared | non-dairy, thawed |
| 1/2 | cup | powdered sugar | sifted |
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg and topping.
Batter will be very stiff.
Drop by Teaspoons into confectioner's sugar.
Roll into 1inch balls, using sugar to keep dough from sticking to hands.
Place balls of dough 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light brown on bottom.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container
