Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
1 tablespoon basil dried
1 teaspoon oregano dried
1 tablespoon onion minced
1 tablespoon parsley leaves minced
3 teaspoons cajun seasoning
1 loaf bread

Directions

Slice loaf in half horizontally.

Butter cut sides of both halves3 and toast under broiler until lightly browned.

Mix the remaining ingredients and spread over both halves, using the entire mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees F. for 15 to 20 minutes, until top is brown and puffed.

Cut into wedges and serve hot.
