Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 cup honey
3 large eggs
3 cups flour, all-purpose
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon milk
2 teaspoons lemon juice or lemon flavoring
4 each lemon balm sprigs, fresh, chopped

Directions

Thoroughly cream the butter and honey.

Add eggs and beat well.

Add the dry ingredients, then the milk, flavoring, and lemon balm.

Drop by spoonfuls on an ungreased baking sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees F.
