| 6 | each | potatoes | red or white |
| 1/2 | cup | margarine, non-fat | 1 stick |
| 1 | package | salad dressing mix, italian |
Wash potatoes; do not peel.
Slice crosswise. Layer in a casserole dish.
Pour melted butter over potatoes and sprinkle with dressing mix.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

I bought a basket strawberries, they are fresh, but they can't keep too long, so I used half of the strawberries to make this tart, and I doubled the servings, and they are yummy, I will definetly make it again.
