| 6 | each | avocados | peeled and pitted |
| 1 1/2 | each | white onion | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | cilantro | chopped |
| 2 | x | lemon juice | |
| 1 | small | zucchini | pureed |
| 6 | tablespoons | olive oil | |
| 6 | each | serrano chiles | chopped |
| 1 | x | salt | to taste |
| Garnish | |||
| 2 | large | tomatoes | chopped |
| 1 | each | scallions, spring or green onions | finely chopped |
| 2 | each | serrano chiles | finely chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | cilantro leaves | |
Put avocadoes in a glass bowl, and mash them with a fork.
Add onion, cilantro, lime juice, zucchini, oil, chiles, and salt.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly to form a puree.
Put the avocado pits in the guacamole to prevent darkening.
To serve, spoon guacamole into a mortar, and decorate with tomato on one side and green onions, chiles, and cilantro leaves in the center.

Ilove this delicious dessert! I think the cream is so delighful!The caramel on top makes it seem like if you are in heaven!
