| 1 | pound | stewing beef | cut into cubes, lightly floured |
| 3 | each | carrots | chopped |
| 1 | medium | onion | sliced, or diced |
| 3 | sticks | celery | chopped |
| 2 | each | potatoes | chopped into cubes |
| 28 | ounces | tomatoes, canned | whole |
| 2 | cubes | beef bouillon | dissolve in 1 cup of hot water |
| 1 | teaspoon | mixed spice | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | parsley flakes |
Throw it all in a crock pot and add water til it's almost to the top of the crock.
Turn your crock on low and let it cook 6 to 8 hours and that's it!
