3 each onions sliced
1 x celery stalk
3 large carrots sliced
1 x water to cover
1 x salt to taste
1 x white pepper to taste
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons matzo meal
1 x salt to taste

1/4 cup water
1 x carrots for pan
1 x onions for pan
1 bunch beets , optional
