| 2 | cans | chick peas | |
| 2 | tablespoons | olive oil | |
| 2 | tablespoons | garlic | finely minced |
| 12 | each | thyme sprigs | |
| 1 | x | salt | |
| 1 | x | black pepper |
Preheat the oven to 450 F.
Drain the beans and place them in a glass baking dish in a single layer.
Drizzle with the oil, toss with your fingers to coat.
Sprinkle evenly with the garlic and place the thyme over evenly.
Roast for 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with toothpicks to spear each bean.
