| 1 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 1/2 | tablespoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | tablespoon | baking soda | |
| 1 1/4 | tablespoons | baking powder | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 2 | cups | fruit | fresh or canned, washed and drained |
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
