A wonderful sauce for fresh grilled salmon, halibut or sea bass.

Ingredients

1/2 cup yogurt, plain very fresh
1/2 cup mayonnaise, light
1/2 pound sorrel leaves fresh, stems removed
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 each garlic clove finely chopped
1 dash cayenne pepper

Directions

In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients together well.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
