Ingredients

9 ounces shrimp rinsed and drained
3 ounces cream cheese softened
1/2 cup salad dressing, thousand island
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup pace picante sauce
2 tablespoons onion grated
1 teaspoon horseradish
2 tablespoons scallions, spring or green onions tops, thinly sliced

Directions

Finely chop shrimp, reserving a few whole shrimp for garnish.

Combine chopped shrimp with remaining ingredients except green onions, mix well.

Spoon into serving bowl; garnish with green onion and reserved shrimp.

Chill.

Serve with assorted crackers, chips or vegetable dippers.
