| 9 | ounces | shrimp | rinsed and drained |
| 3 | ounces | cream cheese | softened |
| 1/2 | cup | salad dressing, thousand island | |
| 1/4 | cup | mayonnaise | |
| 1/3 | cup | pace picante sauce | |
| 2 | tablespoons | onion | grated |
| 1 | teaspoon | horseradish | |
| 2 | tablespoons | scallions, spring or green onions | tops, thinly sliced |
Finely chop shrimp, reserving a few whole shrimp for garnish.
Combine chopped shrimp with remaining ingredients except green onions, mix well.
Spoon into serving bowl; garnish with green onion and reserved shrimp.
Chill.
Serve with assorted crackers, chips or vegetable dippers.
