| 1 | cup | dill leaves | chopped fresh* |

| 1 | each | onion | diced |
| 2 | tablespoon | vegetable oil | |
| 2 | cloves |
garlic |
minced |
| 1 | x | salt | to taste* |
Saute onion till golden.
Cook fava beans with water in a pan till softens.
Add dill and garlic to the pan and stir occasionally for 10 min.
Add sauteed onion, eggs and salt.
Stir till the eggs are done.
Serve warm or chilled.
