Fava Bean Omelet

Metric measurements


2cups fava beans peeled *
1cup dill leaves chopped fresh*
4large eggsVideo
1each onion diced
2tablespoon vegetable oil
2cloves garlicVideo minced
1x salt to taste*

Saute onion till golden.

Cook fava beans with water in a pan till softens.

Add dill and garlic to the pan and stir occasionally for 10 min.

Add sauteed onion, eggs and salt.

Stir till the eggs are done.

Serve warm or chilled.
