| 1 | pound | ground beef, lean | |
| 1 | package | onion soup mix | |
| 1 | small | cabbage head |
Shred and cook cabbage till transparent and tender.
Spray cookie sheet with oil and roll one tube of roll mix don't separate.
Brown hamburger and add dry soup mix, add cooked cabbage and spread on roll mix that is on the cookie sheet top with second tube of roll mix.
Pinch edges together and bake according to directions on the roll tube until golden brown.
Cut into squares.

An 8-oz bowl extrapolated from your figures would contain 742 calories and 42 g of total fat, and be rated at over 17 Weight Watcher points. I cannot help but wonder if you took into account the weight of the water, which would have been considerable and, if included, would have decreased nutritional values per unit weight. Also how did you determine values for the blood that was used? If water had, indeed, been factored in then this dish is truly a dieters nightmare!
