Ingredients

12 ounces mozzarella cheese
12 ounces monterey jack cheese
1 pound italian sausage bulk
1 pound smoked sausage links
12 ounces pizza sauce spicy

Directions

Divide ingredients in half.

For each pizza, place crust on pizza pan.

Spread with italian sausage mixed with pizza sauce.

(brown the sausage first).

Cover with mozzarella cheese.

Place precooked sausage links on top in circular pattern.

Sprinkle with shredded jack cheese.

Bake at 400 deg f. for 15 minutes.

Note: bake pizza's on preheated baking sheet.

Date Chewsticks

Thank you! Date chewsticks were a big hit with my family. They are light yet dense and delicious. One adjustment I had to make, however, was the baking time. After 30 minutes, much of the center was still uncooked. I cut them into small pieces and baked them 15 more minutes on a baking sheet. I think this might have worked better if baked from the start spread out on a sheet.
