suggest servings
| 2 1/2 | pounds | ground beef, extra lean | ground |
| 2 | packages | onion soup mix | |
| 3 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | can | evaporated milk | |
| 1/2 | cup | cream of wheat | |
| 12 | ounces | vegetable juice cocktail | |
| 1/4 | cup | ketchup |
Mix all but one can of V-8 together.
Sape into loaf. bake 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
Half way through baking smear loaf with ketchup.
When loaf is cooked and drained, pierce top with fork and pour second can of V-8 over top allowing to run down and around meat.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
