| 1 | large | onions | chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | vegetable oil | |
| 10 | ounces | spinach, frozen | |
| 5 | large | eggs | |
| 12 | ounces | muenster cheese | shredded |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | dash | black pepper |
Thaw and press spinach dry.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Saute onion in oil in large skilet until tender.
Add spinach and cook until excess moisture evaporates; cool.
Combine eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper; stir into spinach mixture.
Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate.
Bake 30 minutes, until set.
