| 10 | cups | chicken | cooked, diced |
| 10 | cups | celery | chopped |
| 2 | bunch | scallions, spring or green onions | with tops. sliced |
| 8 | ounces | green chili peppers, canned | chopped |
| 5 3/4 | ounces | olives | ripe, pitted, drained, sliced |
| 2 | cups | almonds | slivered |
| 5 | cups | cheddar cheese | shredded, divided |
| 2 | cups | mayonnaise | |
| 2 | cups | sour cream | |
| 5 | cups | potato chips | crushed |
Combine the first six ingredients.
Add 2 cups cheese.
Mix mayonnaise and sour cream; add to chicken mixture and toss.
Spoon into two greased 13x9x1 inch baking dishes.
Sprinkle with chips.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until hot.
