Ingredients

10 cups chicken cooked, diced
10 cups celery chopped
2 bunch scallions, spring or green onions with tops. sliced
8 ounces green chili peppers, canned chopped
5 3/4 ounces olives ripe, pitted, drained, sliced
2 cups almonds slivered
5 cups cheddar cheese shredded, divided
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups sour cream
5 cups potato chips crushed

Directions

Combine the first six ingredients.

Add 2 cups cheese.

Mix mayonnaise and sour cream; add to chicken mixture and toss.

Spoon into two greased 13x9x1 inch baking dishes.

Sprinkle with chips.

Top with remaining cheese.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until hot.
