Ingredients

3 pounds frying chicken
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup milk, skim
1 cup cornflake crumbs
2 cloves garlic minced

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic.

Dip into milk and roll in cornflake crumbs.

Place in lightly pam sprayed baking dish being careful that the pieces do not touch.

Bake 45 min. or until tender.
