| 1/4 | cup | butter | or margarine, melted |
| 2 | cup | flour, all-purpose | sifted |
| 3 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoon | baking powder | |
| 1 | cup | milk | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | thyme | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | garlic | chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | scallions, spring or green onions | chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | parsley leaves | chopped |
| 10 | ounce | crawfish tails | cooked, chopped just a little |
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Oil and flour a 9x13x2 inch pan.
In a bowl mix margarine, flour and eggs.
Remove lumps.
Add remaining ingredients and combine.
Place batter in prepared pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until done.
