Ingredients

1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 cup flour, all-purpose sifted
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic chopped
1/4 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped
1/4 cup parsley leaves chopped
10 ounce crawfish tails cooked, chopped just a little

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Oil and flour a 9x13x2 inch pan.

In a bowl mix margarine, flour and eggs.

Remove lumps.

Add remaining ingredients and combine.

Place batter in prepared pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until done.
