| 1 | each | apple | |
| 1 | each | navel orange | peeled |
| 2 | cups | cranberries | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | coriander | ground |
| 2 | packages | artifical sweetener |
Shred the apple in a food processor or with a hand grater.
Quarter the orange and combine with the cranberries in a food processor or food grinder.
Process until coarsely chopped.
Blend the apples, cranberry mixture, coriander, and sweetener together.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tips for presenting a holiday dip with class....
This is a really great recipe despite the deceptively simple ingrediant list.A wonderful vegetarian dish or cold snack.I mashed the chickpeas to make the filling easier to stuff.I also used brown rice.Really delicious!
