Ingredients

1 cup butter, unsalted
2 cups flour, all-purpose
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
2 large eggs lightly beaten
1 cup cola
1/2 cup buttermilk

Directions

Combine butter and marshmallows in a med saucepan over low heat.

Cook until marshmallows melt, about 7 mins.

Stir in cocoa and cola.

Remove from heat.

Sift together sugar, flour and baking soda in a large bowl.

Beat in chocolate-cola mixture on low speed.

Add eggs and buttermilk.

Beat until smooth, about 2 mins.

Pour into buttered and floured cake pans and bake at 350 degrees F for about 40 mins.
