| 1/2 | pound | ground lamb | |
| 1/2 | pound | ground pork | |
| 4 | each | garlic cloves | finely minced |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking soda | |
| 2 | teaspoons | black pepper | cracked |
| 1 | each | cayenne pepper | |
| 1 | each | egg white | beaten |
Mix all, altogether.
You may wish to combine the seasonings or grind them together before adding them to the meat.
Shape in thumb-sized sausages, or in croquette size shapes.
Grill on open grill until done.
